1、组织拟订本单位安全生产规章制度、操作规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案。Organize the formulation of work safety rules and regulations, operating procedures, and emergency rescue plans for production safety accidents. 2、组织本单位安全生产教育和培训，如实记录安全生产教育和培训情况。Organize work safety education and training for, and truthfully record the situation. 3、组织开展危险源辨识和评估，并督促落实本单位重大危险源的安全管理措施。Organize the identification and assessment of hazards, and supervise the implementation of safety management measures for major hazards. 4、组织本单位应急救援演练。Organize emergency rescue drills for the unit. 5、检查本单位的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议。Inspect the work safety conditions, promptly investigate and troubleshoot potential production safety accidents, and put forward suggestions for improving work safety management. 6、制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为。Stop and correct acts of illegal command, forcing others to take risks in operations, and violations of operating procedures. 7、督促落实本单位安全生产整改措施。Supervise the implementation of work safety rectification measures. 8、负责职业卫生管理及员工工伤管理工作，保障员工健康。Take charge of occupational health management and work-related injury management for employees to safeguard their health. 9、负责消防安全管理工作，保障企业财产安全和人员安全。Responsible for fire safety management to protect the enterprise's property and personnel safety. 10、参与联系沟通政府相关部门。Participate in contacting and communicating with relevant government departments. 11、完成领导交办的其他工作。Complete other work assigned by the leader.
